Why do I get this error when making a Qpay pament under $6 or doing a Bill Cycle Reset payment or trying to add MetroConnect? A: This is because the system is trying to process as a normal payment. Please use the web interface or from the Qpay API in the invoice screen, make sure you use the drop-down where the system defaults to "Service Payment"
