My Qpay does not work or does not move info to the invoice.A: Start by verifying that your computer can access through the web browswer. If you cannot access Qpay or ASAP with Internet Explorer then it will not work through POS. Next, verify that you have completed the Qpay/ASAP integration under System Setup. The correct URLs are https://dealers.metropcs.com for ASAP and https://www.qpay123.com/ for Qpay. Qpay API Integration also requires a Qpay PKI certificate and that your Branch ID be linked to EzLogic (both can be obtained via qpay support). Additionally, the ASAP/QPAY window must be closed after each invoice or it will not properly link to the next invoice. Sample HERE
