Returns Are Easy!

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned or exchanged in original condition. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, or would like to request a return or exchange, please call 1-888-406-0603 within 10 days of receipt of your order.

    To return or exchange an item, follow these simple steps:

    • 1. Call our experts for assistance: 1-888-406-0603
    • 2. You will receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number for returns and exchanges in 2-5 business days
    • 3. The item(s) must be returned in their original condition including the original packaging and all accessories.
      • A. The packaging must not have any markings.
      • B. Returns missing accessories or parts will be rejected.
      • C. Returns with physical damage(s) will be rejected.
    • 4. Write the RMA number only on the shipping label, NOT on the box.

    Non-returnable or Non-refundable items:

    • Software
    • Customized products
    • Media: labels, ribbons, receipt paper, printheads, card stock, RFID tags, etc.

        These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and RTPOS System. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of an booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Returns and Exchanges | Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
